Booking confirmation

Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser. The purchaser must check that all the booking details are correct.

Confirmation of your booking will only be guaranteed once payment has been made. Failing to pay for your booking can result in your booking being cancelled. This does not apply to courses or services that do not require a payment fee.

I confirm that that the information provided on this form is correct. Bookings may be cancelled if wrong or false details are submitted.

Cancellations and refunds

We regret that bookings cannot be refunded after purchase. Customers are advised to check their booking at the time of purchase as bookings are not refundable.

To make a cancellation please log in to your Playwaze account and cancel your booking. We do not offer refunds for cancelled bookings.

Should you test positive for Covid-19, it is your responsibility to decide whether or not to attend the activity. If you decide not to attend, then no refund will be given.

If the purchaser is not happy with the service that they have paid for and would like a refund, they must put it in writing to:

The information will be reviewed and the Leisure Team will contact the purchaser for more information and whether a refund will be made.

We do this by producing evaluation and impact reports. These are sometimes shared with our partners (who may have provided funding to the programme) but all data included in these are anonymised and you are not personally identifiable.
