Pay Policy Statement

The Pay Policy Statement defines the level and elements of remuneration for Chief Officers, and all Senior staff, in accordance with the requirements of section 38(1) of the Localism Act 2011.  It includes the 'Pay Multiple' (the ratio between the highest paid salary and the median average salary of the whole of the authority's workforce).
