The Hertfordshire County Council election is taking place on 1 May 2025.

Important dates
| Deadline for registering to vote | Midnight on Friday 11 April |
| Deadline for receiving postal vote applications and making changes to existing proxy vote arrangements | 5pm on Monday 14 April |
| Deadline for receiving proxy vote applications | 5pm on Wednesday 23 April |
| Deadline for receiving Voter Authority Certificate applications | 5pm on Wednesday 23 April |
On this date there will also be a district election for the Durants Ward of Three Rivers District Council, a parish election for the Durrants Ward of Croxley Green Parish Council and a referendum for the Batchworth Neighbourhood Plan. Find out more here.
