The magical pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk at Watersmeet Theatre, produced by Paul Holman Associates is captivating audiences of all ages with its perfect blend of humour, dazzling performances, and spectacular stagecraft. This enchanting production has something for everyone, making it a must-see event this festive season.

Headlining the cast is Lee Latchford-Evans from Steps, who shines as the heroic Jack. Audiences have been raving about his engaging stage presence and outstanding singing and dancing, which bring both charm and energy to the show. Joining him is the much-loved returning Dame, Bunny Galore, whose infectious humour and larger-than-life character have been hailed as "brilliant" by delighted attendees.

Nicholas Lee and Rachel O’Hare deliver unforgettable performances as Fleshcreep and the Fairy of Cloud Land, embodying the timeless struggle between good and evil.

The multi-talented Jay Rawlings plays Simon Trott, leaving audiences in stitches with his comedic timing and amazed by his incredible balancing and juggling skills.

Meanwhile, John Lyons, beloved for his role in A Touch of Frost, brings a vibrant and regal presence as the King, adding another layer of charm to the production. Princess Primrose, portrayed by Wendy Carr, singing quality is musical theatre with a classical crossover, delivers breathtaking harmonies alongside Lee’s Jack, adding emotional depth and beauty to the story.

Supporting the main cast is an exceptional junior ensemble and local children’s dance teams, who bring youthful energy and talent to the stage.
