Important information for garden waste customers

Three Rivers District Council has emailed or posted letters to all garden waste customers to notify them of a change in the unique six-digit reference number for Direct Debit payments.

The Service User Number (SUN) has changed as the council is moving all garden waste direct debits to a new platform, for efficiency reasons. As part of the Direct Debit scheme, the council must notify its customers of this change.

Rest assured; the email/letter is only to notify you of this change. You don’t need to take any action, and your direct debit will be taken in March each year as normal.

The initial communication below was sent by psadmin@accesspaysuite.com, on behalf of the council.  All future communications , regarding any changes to your direct debit will come from NoReply@threerivers.gov.uk.

Garden waste customers will be notified of any changes in amount as normal each year, by email rather than by post, from the email address NoReply@threerivers.gov.uk.
