Discussions ongoing over Red Cross Building's future

District councillors met again with Croxley Green Parish Council on Monday (28 August) to continue discussions regarding future proposals for the Red Cross Building in Barton Way after The British Red Cross organisation notified its intention to surrender its lease to Three Rivers District Council.
TRDC is finalising plans to provide a community space in the Red Cross Building’s ground floor alongside nine residential units on the ground, first and second floors – eight of which could be two-bed-units for families. The council intends to consult the public on any proposals prior to submission of a planning application.
