Have a sneak peek into the daily working life of Three Rivers District Council’s refuse workers as they explain the positive contribution they make to the lives of the district’s communities and businesses.

Waste management and refuse collection are just two of the many vital council services. The council provides fortnightly residual waste and garden waste collections and weekly recycling and food waste collection.

As part of National Customer Service Week, of which today’s theme is ‘Customer Service as a Profession,’ refuse workers Terry Hall and Hayden Emmett explain their typical day in the role and what their interactions with the public are like.
