Request a replacement bin

You can request a replacement bin free of charge if:

• you have moved house and do not have a bin
• your bin is lost, damaged or stolen

This includes:

• green non-recyclables bins
• black recycling bins
• silver food pods
• brown garden waste bins (if you subscribe to this service)

If you live in a flat with communal bins and your bin is lost or damaged, you should speak to your landlord or the freeholder.
