Active Parks Programme

Welcome to Active Parks, your gateway to a healthier and more active lifestyle! Our diverse range of outdoor activities is designed to cater to all fitness levels and preferences, offering you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beautiful parks, open spaces, and woodlands of Three Rivers. Whether you're looking to start a new fitness journey or enhance your current routine, we have something for everyone. Join us and get active today!

Yoga in the Park

Experience tranquillity and improved flexibility with our Yoga sessions. Perfect for all levels, these classes are set in some of the wonderful park environments across Three Rivers.

· Date(s): Wednesdays (except 14 August)

· Time: 6pm-7pm

· Venue: Stones Orchard, Croxley Green

· Time: 10am-11am

What do I need to bring?

Please come dressed appropriately for the weather in something comfy and that you can freely move in. You must bring a yoga mat / towel / picnic blanket with you to exercise on. We recommend you bring a bottle of water with you as well.

What about the weather?

Please note that as these sessions take place outdoors they are subject to weather and last minute cancellations. In the event of a cancellation your booking will be moved to an alternative week or will be refunded.


Pilates in the Park

Strengthen your core and improve posture with our Pilates classes, designed to enhance physical strength and mental wellbeing.

· Time: 10am-11am

· Venue: Leavesden Country Park, Abbots Langley WD5 0NX (meet by the Hive and Café)

Learn the art of Tai Chi and benefit from its gentle, flowing movements that promote relaxation and balance. Strengthen the body, relax your mind and lift your spirit through the practice of deep breathing and flowing movement.

Strength and Conditioning in the Park

Boost your fitness with our Strength and Conditioning sessions, tailored to improve muscular strength and endurance in a full-body workout! Strengthen your core, cardio fitness and all-round fitness in these instructor led workouts using the outdoor fitness zones in our parks and open spaces
