Start 2025 with healthy choices as council launches new campaign
A new campaign, ‘Healthy New You’, has been launched in Three Rivers aimed at helping residents to embrace healthier lifestyles as we step into the new year.
The campaign seeks to spread awareness of the health services available to residents at the Three Rivers Healthy Hubs.
The council’s Healthy Hub scheme is a one-stop shop for all things health and wellbeing, offering a variety of services, including:
Regular assessments to help identify potential health risks and encourage preventive action.
Sexual Health Information and Advice
Confidential guidance on sexual health and relationships.
Personalised support to quit smoking and embrace a smoke-free lifestyle.
In partnership with Herts Mind Network (link here), the Healthy Hub provides resources and assistance to promote emotional wellbeing.
