Residents have the opportunity to help shape designs for a refurbished Barton Way Play Area in Croxley Green.

Three Rivers District Council has put forward three ideas for the public to comment on that aims to blend play and nature together where both wildlife can thrive while local children have space to play and interact with nature.

The consultation can be found on the council’s Have Your Say page and will close on 4 August 2025 at 12noon.

Cllr Chris Lloyd, Lead Member for Leisure, said: “It’s very important that our children and young people have easy access to high quality play areas and open spaces.

“Sadly, some of the play equipment has come to the end of its life or is no longer required for the area. However, this represents a great opportunity to ensure both nature and play can thrive at the Barton Way Play Area, and your comments can help shape our vision for the site.

“So, make sure you have your say today.”
